Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Singapore only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
For undeliverable packages due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Note: Items such as screen protectors, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return once opened.
